PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINS BEFORE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT TO FILL OUT CONSULTATION FORM AND DISCUSSION OF YOUR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS.  SUBSEQUENT VISITS PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINS BEFORE.  IF YOU ARE LATE THIS TIME WILL BE TAKEN OFF YOUR TREATMENT TIME.
